1. Accountant

Pay Scale: PB2 (9300- 34800) + Grade Pay 3600Qualification: Graduate in Commerce of a University established by law in India OR CA/ICWA OR MBA (Finance) Note: Recognized degree of MBA (Finance) of a University established by law in India or approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or by the Distance Education Council (DEC) must be of minimum 2 years duration. It includes 2 years PG diploma in Business Management declared equivalent to MBA (Finance).
2. Junior Accountant
Pay Scale: PB2 (9300- 34800) + Grade Pay 3600Qualification: Graduate in Commerce of a University established by law in India OR CA/ICWA OR MBA (Finance) Note: Recognized degree of MBA (Finance) of a University established by law in India or approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or by the Distance Education Council (DEC) must be of minimum 2 years duration. Age: On last date of receipt of application form through ONLINE, applicant should have attained minimum age of 18 years and should not be more than 35 years of age. Relaxation as per norms.
Selection Procedure: Written competitive examinations shall be conducted separately for the posts of Accountant and Jr. Accountant. Such exam will however be common for all the 5 Power Sector Companies. For each exam. there shall be one question paper consisting of 2 parts- Part-A-“Accounting, Auditing and taxation” and Part-B-“General English and General Awareness”. The standard and the syllabus of the exam for Part-A shall be of Graduation Degree level and that of Part-B shall be a Secondary School Level.

2. SC/ST/OBC/BC/SBC candidates need to pay Rs. 300/-
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Examination.
