Should have work experience in one of the economic Ministries e.g. Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Public Enterprises and Heavy Industry, or other infrastructural Ministries such as Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Power, Ministry of Coal etc. Should be familiar with and adept at working simple economic and financial modeling and the use of computers for qualitative economic analysis.
2	Deputy Advisor	02	Rs.39100/-	Degree in LAW, Master Degree in Law.Degree in Humanities/Economics/Commerce/Law/Science. Should have work experience in analyzing and dealing with cases and litigation in the High Court and Supreme Court or in similar Appellate Tribunals. Should have work experience in examining policy issues from a legal perspective, and the drafting of statutory regulations, directions and rules. Should be thoroughly familiar with court procedures and tenderintof legal advice. Should have work experience in  general administration, office management, grievance redressal and public dealing. Should also have work experience in coordination across Departments/Ministries.
