Applications can be made either in On-Line mode or Off-Line mode.

The candidate can access the online application form at our website http://www.mcl.gov.in/OurPeople/OnlineApplications/onlineregistration.php The Online registration site would be open from 01/10/2012 to 30/10/2012 for online application. After applying online, candidate is required to take a printout of the Application Form, sign at the space provided, paste recent passport size colour photograph (if the photograph is not scanned at the time of online application) and send the same to the address given at ‘C’ of General Conditions on or before 09/11/2012.

Candidate, who doesn’t want to submit the online application, may apply in the prescribed application format available at MCL website http://www.mcl.gov.in/OurPeople/ourpeople.php , fill the mandatory information, paste recent passport size colour photograph, sign at space provided & send the application form to the address given at ‘C’ of General Conditions on or before 30/10/2012.

Applications complete in all respect in the prescribed format must reach to “The General Manager (A/MP&R), Mahanadi Coalfields Limited, At/PO – Jagriti Vihar, Burla, Dist. Sambalpur – 768020 (ODISHA) on or before 30/10/2012 in case of OFFLINE application. In case of ONLINE application, the HARD COPY of the same must reach to the same address on or before 09/11/2012.
